  • Jessalyn Medlock, LCSW - Clinical Director

Jessalyn graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BA in Psychology and with a MS in Social Work. While in graduate school, she had the opportunity to intern under a seasoned therapist who ran an Intensive Outpatient Program for people struggling with substance abuse and severe mental illness.
For about 8 years, Jessalyn did Intensive In Home Therapy with families who were struggling with severe mental illness, abuse or neglect. Witnessing a family in pain turn that pain into growth is one of the most inspiring and humbling experiences there is. In 2023, Jessalyn answered the call to assist a local church with substance abuse clients who needed mental health counseling. Through the process of helping these clients, it became painfully obvious that the need for mental health services offered in our rural area simply wasn’t sufficient. This led to the idea to start a nonprofit to offer clients in Paris and the surrounding area an Intensive Outpatient Program option.
